Breakfast: cream of wheat, four slices whole wheat toast, coffee.
Lunch: 12 oz steak at Applebys, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed brocolli and a couple glasses of DP.
Desert: Choclate cake with choclate frosting and blue trim (it was, after all, my 55th birthday...)
Dinner: Boston Market Home Style Meals Meatload with Homestyle Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and a can DP...
