Breakfast: Aunt Jamami pancakes and sausage (I'll have something - anything - else tomorrow!) and coffee.
Snack: Some of those Sunshine Cheeze-It Baked Snack Crakers and a DP.
Lunch: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast (wity Gravy, Carrots, Roasted Potatoes and Apple Raisin Crisp).
I've had a lot of "Healthy Choice" meals and other "healthy" type meals lately; I think I'll go with unhealthy tonight...
Snack: A small left over piece of meat pizza and a one slice of whole wheat bread with peanut and grape jelly dunked in a coffee cup of choclate milk...
Dinner: Sirloin Steak, boiled potatoes and brocolli and cold bottled water to drink.
