Breakfast: Left over oven roasted beef, potatoes, carrots and onions. Coffee and a DP.
Lunch: A McDonalds club salad with crispy chicken, 3 McNuggetts (the possibly chicken thingies) and part of a large Diet Coke...
Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast with Gravy/ Apple Cranberry Crisp/ Carrots/ Roasted Potatoes and a can of DP (The beef was overcooked and too tender, there were almost no potatoes and the carrots too crisp. The "Apple Cranberry Crisp" had an interesting flavour...)
Post Dinner: A large hot dog, micronuked and eatten with catsup and mustard and a Micleob {bp} Lager...
