Breakfast: Aunt Jamami pancakes and sausage, coffee.
Snack: Tomato juice.
Lunch: An Arby's Club salad with grilled chicken and a glass of DP. (When I first started eatting Arby's Club salads, I though they were great and couldn't get enuf of them. Now, unfortunately, I have gotten enough of them! One thing I can say for certain, they are better than McDonalds!
Dinner: Healthy Choice Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Chicken Breast and Broccoli in Alfredo Sauce with Fettuccini Pasta and a (what else?) can of DP...
Pre-bed snack: An appple and some crackers...
No beer...
