Breakfast: Creame of wheat, 2 slices of whole wheat toast and coffee.

Lunch: Went to Peppercorns: Had 1/2 of their one pounder hamberger (I set aside the 2nd slab of fried hamberger and also french fries and a couple of glasses of Diet Pepsi (or so I was told...)

Dinner: Kathie went to the Boot Hill Museum chuck wagon dinner and brought covered plates of:
  1. bar-b-que beef,
  2. baked chunks of potatoes cooked with onins chunks,
  3. creamed corn,
  4. bisquit with honey,
  5. apple cobbler and
  6. a can of D.P.!

That was quite filling...
