Lunch: Went to Peppercorns: Had 1/2 of their one pounder hamberger (I set aside the 2nd slab of fried hamberger and also french fries and a couple of glasses of Diet Pepsi (or so I was told...)
Dinner: Kathie went to the Boot Hill Museum chuck wagon dinner and brought covered plates of:
- bar-b-que beef,
- baked chunks of potatoes cooked with onins chunks,
- creamed corn,
- bisquit with honey,
- apple cobbler and
- a can of D.P.!
That was quite filling...
