Lunch: At Casey's Cowtown, a salad with sliced steak, sauteed onions and thousand island dressing.
Snack:The remaining little sugar coated donut I've "hidden" in the freezer. (My wife found this the other day and told me about it...)
Snack#2:The meat (boiled steak) left over from yesterday's lunch
Dinner/Supper: Boiled chicken mixed with the left over rice pilof and a couple of cans of DP.

I had forgotten to take my blastedmedications with dinner (I went out to dinner) and didn't remember until almost an hour after going to bed. By that time, I would have had to eat something, brush my teeth again and this would have completely waken me and upset my wife. Besides, my dog was sleeping between my wife and I and our boy cat (Frosty) was sleeping between me and the edge of the bed. Our other cat (Kelly) was sleeping at the end of the bed between Kathie's feet and the edge of the bed. By this time it would have been too late to save me from my A1C test and I didn't really want to wake up the family...
