Breakfast: A single ham, "scrambled egg", cheddar cheese on a bisquit samwhich and a cup of coffee.


Lunch: An orange, a container of strawberry yogurt and at home, a chicken breast from Dillins plus a can of DP. About a frac14 to frac34 of an hour later, I was definitely feeling hunger so I had a package of "Little Debbies" powder sugar donuts and a cup of coffee. That set up to rights (as the Brits say).


Dinner: Boiled chicken with boiled broccoli florets and some white rice (about a frac14 of a cup unboiled).
