Lunch: I broke down and went to the "Rat" (KFC) and had the two piece
chicken breast and wing, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, corn (I was
hoping for a little "corn on the cob"), a bisquit with honey and a
medium "Diet Coke"
Dinner: half of a Subway Samwhich meatball sub, some cottage cheese
scooped up with potatoe chips and a gin-n-tonic. Despite early fears,
everything stayed down...
