Breakfast: Instant oatmeal, peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat
bread and water.

Lunch: Yogurt with strawberries and 2 little oranges ("Cuties"), with
peanut butter on the bottom slice of a hamburger bun and a can of DP at
home.

Dinner: baked hamburger, some broccoli florets and too much rice. (I
had intended to have some vanilla ice creamme after testing my blood but
some one finished it off...) Oh, well...
