Breakfast: cheerios with a banana and coffee.

Lunch: homemade chicken soup with boiled chicken pieces, spaghetti
noodles and various seasonings.

Dinner: at Applebys, steak, "fully loaded" baked potatoes, broccoli
and water.

Movie: popcorn

Snack: a gin-n-tonic
