15 March 2009

Breakfast: bacon samwhich, two fried eggs and a cup of bad coffee.

Lunch: chicken, rice pilof, asspargus and a can of DP.

Snack: a small McDonald's choclate milk shake; I had a craving and
this was my first one in years...

Dinner: Left over chicken and rice and broccoli florets from last night
and the real meal: two big apples! (Also, I drank some ice water.)

Snack: I ate a small amount of vinilla ice creamme and felt ill for
several minutes afterwards...
