Breakfast: cherrios, banana, slice of bread with peanut butter and
cup of bad coffee.
Lunch: Yogurt with strawberries and a little orange; later, a bierock
and can of DP.
Dinner: Left over chicken and rice pilof, an apple and a bananna.
My blood sugar was way too high: 233. I wonder if it was the rice or
if I've been "under the weather" lately?
