Breakfast: oatmeal and a cup of coffee.

Lunch: about a cup of left over Zatarans (from last night), a peanut
butter samwhich and when I got home, a ham samwhich and a can of DP.

Dinner: steak, baked potatoe, broccoli florets and a bottle of MGD.
