Breakfast: oatmeal, peanut butter samwhich and a very bad cup of
instant coffee.

Lunch: roasted chicken, dressing, aspargus, a little rice, a can of
DP and a couple of glasses of water.

Snack: some crackers...

Dinner: A small piece of overcooked "meatloaf" (hamberger with
oatmeal), rice, broccoli florets, an apple, a bannana and water.
