1 March 2009

Breakfast: Oatmeal and a cup of coffee.

Lunch: Hamberger and chicken noodle soup.

Dinner: Baked boned chicken, pilof and aspargus, with a bottle of MGD.

Snack: I cooked an apple turnover that had been in the freezer for over a year. It didn't raise very well and we were uncertain as to it's quality; this was probably what caused Kathie and I to end up vomiting after going to bed...

Pre-Bed Snack: Two gin-n-tonics...
