Breakfast: From Burger King, a sausage omlette samwhich, potatoe thingees and coffee.

Lunch: yogurt with strawberries and pieces of hamberger that I baked.

Dinner: homemade beef stew with beef, potatoes, carrots, onion and garlic.

Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-tonic...
