Lunch: Burger King double hamberger, fries and medium "Diet Coke"
Snack: bad coffee and four "Little Debbie" powder sugar donuts (I'm
getting real tired of them and hopefully, I'll stop buying/eating them!)
Dinner: Healthy Choice Tomato Basil Penne (9 grain penne topped with
tomatoes, onions, sweet basil and mozzarella cheese), some popcorn and
iced water (I don't especially like this meal.)
