Snack: more coffee...more coffee...more coffee
Lunch: left over roast, potatoes and carrots plus gravy and a glass of
iced water
Snack: a little bowl of choclate pudding and four "Little Debbie" sugar
coated donuts (I spent a lot of time voiding sugar - I think! - and
drank very few liquids. I'd hate to see what my blood sugar lever was!)
Dinner: large hamberger, some potatoe salad and water (then, I kept
burping up stuff till past 2 am...)
