Breakfast: a little bit of wheaties and about ⅔ of a peanut buter and grape jelly on whole wheat hamberger bun and water

Lunch: the left over Subway samwhich (which was a six inch Subway Sub of boneless skinned chicken on whole wheat bread with Mayo)

Dinner: At Montana Mike's for a salad with 1000 Island dressing, steak with baked potatoe (sour creamme and butter) and a roll with butter and water

Pre-Bed Snack: hell no! not after the last two nights...
