browns, whole wheat toast with grape jelly, lots of coffee and water
Lunch: a large hamberger, a small amount of potatoe salad and a couple
of small pieces of fudge (Kathie was getting rid of the fudge we'd had
since around July 8th...)
Dinner: Lean Cuisine orange chicken (in a sweet & spicy asian-style
sauce with rice, roasted almonds and edamome) [{and peas which they
didn't mention!}, popcorn and ice water
I think I should have skipped the popcorn; it upset my stomach and I'm
hoping I can make it this evening while keeping everything down...
