Breakfast: wheaties and coffee

Lunch: Some fried chicken, potatoe salad, two homemade rolls and ice tea

Dinner: A fancy ass McDonald's hamberger (Angus with bacon, a pounder) and a choclate milk shake (it was the best MacD's hamberger I've had in decades)

Pre-Bed Snack: a double gin-n-tonic
