Breakfast: From Bugger Burger King SOS, potatoe thingies and coffee

Lunch: plain yogurt with strawberries

Snack: the left over chicken from last night combined with a single slice of sour dough bread and mayo for a little sandwhich

Dinner: boiled steak and potatoe

Pre-Bed Snack: a cookie or two
