Breakfast: Burger King big omlette samwhich, potatoe thingies and coffee

Lunch: Taco Bell 1/2 lb beef and potatoe burieto and two hard shelled
tacos and a medium "Diet Coke"

Dinner: Some tomatoe juice and a Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast (Roasted
Beef with Onion Gravy, Seasoned Red Potatoes, Carrots & Apple Cranberry
Crisp) and water
