Breakfast: cheerios and coffee
Lunch: From Arby's, a Gyro, "curly" fries and a medium "Diet Pepsi".
Snack: a small piece of dark chocolate
Dinner: a Marie Callender's Meat Lasagna (with Ricotta & Mozzarella Cheeses in Hearty Marinara Sauce) and iced water
Snack: a couple of chocolate chip cookies (I will so have to bring a good snack tomorrow night!)
