Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee

Snack: 2 chocolate chip cookies

Lunch #1: "fresh baked" bread

Lunch #2: (after blood drive) a ham sandwich, chips, little Oreo cookies and coffee

Dinner: a Healthy Choice meal of "meatloaf", mashed potatoes, corn and water and for desert, some orange sherbet with chocolate topping
