Lunch: left over spaghetti from the other night and a bag of Cheeze-Its, plus cold water
Snack: a hot dog bun with peanut butter and grape jelly (My dog was not alert and missed his chance to demand his tithe.)
Dinner: Using the 3 portion plate my diabetes adviser/coach taught me:
- ½ of the plate for non-carb veggies,
- ¼ of the plate for starches and
- ¼ of the plate for protein,
- broccoli
- baked potatoe
- pork roast
