Lunch: from Casey's Cowtown, a big hamburger, french fries and iced water
Snack: a small amount of orange sherbert with choclate topping
Dinner: a Healthy Choice meal of roast beef, potatoes, carrots and apple crisp desert (with cold water to drink)
