Breakfast: cheerios and coffee

Lunch: at the Boot Hill Casino, I had
  • salad and
  • a small part of a cup of soup (there were too many mushrooms...)
  • pot roast with
  • mashed potatoes and brown gravy plus
  • a medley of veggies (I ate the broccoli florets and yellow squash) and we
  • split a piece of chocolate/caramel cake
I had a glass of Diet Pepsi after lunch

Dinner: pizza and a MGD

Post dinner "snack": a double gin-n-tonic...
