Breakfast: oatmeal and donuts and coffee

Lunch: Progresso Traditional Chicken & Wild Rice with a bag of Cheeze-Its added and a Pepsi One.

Dinner: a bowl of Campbell tomatoe soup with chunks of sausage, a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich and a small amount of orange sherbet

My post dinner blood sugar was too damn high, especially considering how little I had for dinner and the low levels of carbs...
