Breakfast: cheerios with two bananas and coffee

Snack: left over spaghetti from the other night

Lunch: chicken and fish plus fries and a medium "Diet Pepsi" at Long John Silvers.

Dinner: a Healthy Choice Meat Loaf diinner and water

Snack: a double gin-n-tonic
