Lunch: Pizza Hut for
- a salad
- two slices of meat pizza
- slice of apple desert pizza
- small cup of choclate pudding
- two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: small slice of low sugar apple pie when I got to work (it was sitting out on a table being a perfect target for flies and germs...)
Dinner: home made stew with
- stewed (cheap) beef steak
- stewed pork chops
- potatoe
- carrots
- various seasonings...
