Breakfast: small piece of pork chop, peanut butter and grape jelly on sour dough bread and coffee

Lunch: Pizza Hut for
  • a salad
  • two slices of meat pizza
  • slice of apple desert pizza
  • small cup of choclate pudding
  • two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
The service was quite good! I hereby repent all the obnoxious remarks I made in the past about Pizza Hut; they seem to have gotten the hang of customer service. (I just hope they can maintain it...)

Snack: small slice of low sugar apple pie when I got to work (it was sitting out on a table being a perfect target for flies and germs...)

Dinner: home made stew with
  • stewed (cheap) beef steak
  • stewed pork chops
  • potatoe
  • carrots
  • various seasonings...
and cold water with the stew.
