Breakfast: at Dodge House,
- scrambled eggs from a pan,
- a slice of bacon,
- several link sausage,
- SOS (with sliced link sausage) on hash browns
- a biscuit with grape jelly and
- coffee and ice water
Lunch: at Applebys, where I had the fahetias with steak and chicken, grilled onions, chopped tomatoes, white cheddar cheese, finely sliced lettuce and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi".
Dinner: a Healthy Choice "Classic Meat Loaf (Meat Loaf with Rich Brown Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Corn Blend & Apple Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and iced water
Snack: bag of popcorn and 2 Reese's Cups...
