Lunch: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast (Roasted Beef with Cabernet Gravy, Carrots, Red Potatoes & Apple Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and iced water
Snack: Cheeze-It Baked Snack Crackers and iced water
Snack: some orange sherbet
Dinner: We went to the Boot Hill Casino Restaurant for Tuscan Tuesday:
- salad
- some great pork and beef lasagna
- a strange white sauced substance
- green dough made with spinage
