Breakfast: piece of sausage and part of a bowl of wheaties; it wasn't so good and I think the milk has gone bad
Lunch: two brats boiled in cheap beer with chunked up green pepper, onion, garlic and the aforementioned brats (with a bottle of Diet Pepsi...)
Snack: some "homemade" bread (made from a can of "French Bread") and cold water
Dinner: a Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast (Roasted Beef with Cabernet Gravy, Carrots, Red Potatoes & Apple Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and iced water and for desert (a couple of hours after dinner): 6 little Oreos...I was very hungry. Unfortunately, about an hour after eating them, I felt ill...
