Breakfast: piece of sausage, milk toast and coffee
Snack: a small bowl of orange sherbet and chocolate topping (I felt completely drained after working out...)
Lunch: at Pizza Hut, salad, two slices of meat pizza, slice of desert pizza, some awful tasting chocolate pudding
I have to admit that while the selection wasn't too great, the service was fine.

Dinner: instant left overs made from a cheap steak, two chopped up and boiled potatoes, and broccoli
It was good but I felt the urge for something sweet after dinner and had to resist the urge to buy Oreos...
I broke down and bought some little cookies...
