Breakfast: left over steak and the rest of the leftover rice pilaf and coffee

Lunch: roast beef, mashed potatoes and brown gravy and a fine roll at Casey's Cowtown (and ice water)

Snack: ice creamme with chocolate sauce

Dinner: Healthy Choice Chicken Romano Fresca (chicken tenderloins with whole grain pasta, broccoli, red peppers in romano cheese & butter glaze) and cold water.  Desert: some  more ice creamme and choclate chip cookies (2)
