Breakfast:  8 oz ham "steak" and a small potatoe chopped up and boiled, plus coffee

Lunch: at "La Bella Restaurante" (the Italian place on Frontage Street)
  • garlic stick dipped in olive oil (had to ask for this...)
  • spaghetti with meatballs and meat sauce (it is not on the menu but if you ask for it, you can get it...)
  • slice of white bread with butter (good for dipping in the sauce)
  • a couple of glasses of "Diet Coke"
Snack: a couple of chunks of slightly burnt hamburger left over from the office lunch today (which I didn't attend... :-) )

Dinner:
beef stew and water
