5 March 2011...second try

Breakfast: wheaties and coffee

Lunch: a can of spaghetti and meatballs and water

Snack: some pan fried "popped" popcorn, made with a little margarine mixed with olive oil and seasoned with ground pepper

Dinner: at Montana Mike's:
  • salad with Thousand Island Dressing
  • 12 oz rib eye (I took about a third home with me)
  • loaded baked potatoe (I took the skin home with me)
  • iced water
