Breakfast: a fried egg and two slices of sour dough toast and coffee

Lunch: from King's Buffet, a mixture of chicken and beef and pork, rice and desert and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"

Dinner: Unlike a week or so ago, I did not destroy the pork and I had:
  • pork chops, fried and baked,
  • boiled rice,
  • boiled broccoli and
  • cold water
