Lunch: at Wendy's for a
- ½ pound hamburger with bacon
- baked potatoe with butter and chives
- medium "Diet Coke"
Dinner: this was meant to be a science experiment at seeing if I could get a low blood sugar reading; it failed as I "scored" 230 from:
- 1.5 small pieces of pork chop (about ½ pound of pork chops)
- two small potatoes, boiled
- a bunch of broccoli florets and
- iced water
