Lunch: This was leftovers from yesterday's lunch:
- the rest of the meatloaf
- the rest of the boiled white rice
- the rest of the boiled broccoli and
- a bottle of Diet Pepsi...
Dinner: We had homemade pizza. I put chopped
- sharp cheddar
- Parmesan cheese from the block and
- a couple of "Baby Bel" cheese "disks"
The gin-n-tonic was a big mistake, especially since I drank it less than 2 hours before going to bed. The mistake was it filled my stomach too much after putting a heavy doughy meal (homemade pizza) in it and my stomach simply doesn't empty the way it used to. I ended up barfing about two hours after going to bed.
The diabetes is messing up my digestion and eating the wrong combination of food and drink certainly does not help!
