Lunch: chicken fingers and fries at Arbys plus "Diet Coke"
Snack: small amount of ice creamme with chocolate topping (I was starting to get my appetite back...)
Dinner: a mixture of
- boiled broccoli florets,
- two hot dogs,
- two ripe bananas and
- iced water (supposedly ice cold drinks screw up digestion enzymes but the office water tastes putrid sans ice)
