Breakfast: McDonald's big breakfast of
  • scrambled eggs
  • sausage patty
  • potatoe slab
  • biscuit with "butter" and grape jelly
  • coffee
Lunch: Healthy Choice chopped roast beef, chopped potatoes and gravy, carrot disks, apple crisp and a Diet Pepsi

Dinner: white sauce with boiled scrimp over spaghetti noodles and a beer (MDG), with a gin-n-tonic before bed...
