Lunch: We went to "Bella Italinia" {sp} for
- a fancy garlic bread dipped in olive oil
- white bread with butter to dip in the sauce of
- beef, cheese lasagna
- and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi, no ice..."
I used to make meatloaf quite a bit. I think I should take my favourite fry pan, whip it out good and use it to bake some meatloaf. I'll make it about ½ good hamburger and ½ oatmeal with sauteed chopped onions and garlic. Maybe I'll rehash something popular in Navy meatloaf and put in finely chopped green peppers. I hated them in the early 1970s and picked them out; now, I think I'll just "trust the chef" and eat the silly things...
