Snack: peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and coffee
Lunch: Kathie had a craving for lobster tails so we went to the Casino Restaurant. There, we discovered they were running an Easter Brunch. So, of course, we tried it! The price was $12.99, which was less than the lobster tails and less than the steak I had been thinking of getting. So, I had:
- omelet with
- sauteed onions,
- ham,
- bacon,
- cheddar cheese
- two slices of ham
- scalloped potatoes
- roast beef wrapped around some filler (the beef was fine, the filler not; Kathie didn't like the filler either)
- a Mombasa (orange juice and champagne)
- Strawberry dakeria
Dinner: Healthy choice meatloaf and water then, some cottage cheese with grape jelly. This looks bad but is really quite nice. It reminds me of the cottage cheese and homemade (Grandma Maxson made) strawberry jam that Grandpa Maxson and I enjoyed.
