Breakfast: The left over steak and baked potatoe from Saturday night and coffee

Lunch: Healthy Choice, the roast beef chunks, potatoe chunks, carrots, brown gravy, apple crisp and a bottle of Diet Pepsi...

Dinner: We went to Applebys and I had
  • fahetias with steak and chicken,
  • rice
  • chopped cheese, sour creamme and sauteed onions,
  • split a desert of chocolate cupcake, ice creamme and fudge sauce plus
  • iced water
