Breakfast: wheaties and coffee

Lunch: half of a foot long meatballs and pepporini and lettuse and mayo
sub from Subway sandwich, chips and a medium Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi
(whichever...:-D )

Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy and
apple crisp desert and iced water
