Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee
Lunch: Healthy Choice meatloaf, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, corn and apple crisp and a bottle of Diet Pepsi
Dinner: boiled pork chiops, a baked potatoe and the left over boiled broccoli florets (from the other night) and water. Desert: some mini Oreos (I had the munchies...)
