Breakfast: the uneaten 6" chunk of Subway sandwich from the other day (this was a meatball/pepporini cheese lettuce mix) and coffee

Lunch: chicken, mashed potatoes, a roll with honey, apple cobbler and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi" at the Rat -er-KFC...

Dinner: Healthy Choice roast beer, potatoes, carrots, apple crisp and iced water

Snack: bag of popcorn
