Breakfast: bowl of Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup and coffee
Lunch: ribs, corn, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, a roll and a glass of "Diet Pepsi". This was at Casey's Cowtown
Dinner: left over boiled beef, a fresh and large baked potatoe, two fresh ears of corn on the cob, water and a couple of Oreo cookies as desert after I checked my blood sugar (154)
